Bring more length, extension and ease to your movement, develop greater body awareness, or work on big flexibility moves by increasing your range of motion.

Barefoot or in heels, explore movement patterns that challenge, inspire, and feel right in your body.

My approach to teaching

It all begins with safety. Then it becomes about creating accessibility through intentional progressions and appropriate scaffolding of skills. We chip away at developing body awareness to learn your limitations and how your anatomy embraces a movement. As skills unfold, it’s continuously refining your technique to complement your strengths. But my greatest wish for you is that you enjoy the journey, be kind to yourself, and have fun.
