Eagle, Cocoon & Co. (Int)
You’re obsessed with backbends on the pole too?! Let’s get after backbend-focused moves like eagle, cocoon, and their friends in this intermediate pole tricks class!
We'll have an extensive warm-up to get your entire back warm and ready. Then, we'll explore moves that highlight your backbend!
Prerequisites & recommended attire:
* hold a bridge/wheelbarrow for at least 15 seconds
* access to both an inside and outside leg hang in the air from either an inversion, or descending from a climb
* heels are welcomed: they’ll help you reach your feet more easily!
Cost:
$30 for non-members

Ayesha Bonus Class
Looking to nail your coveted Ayesha? Dive into this class and get familiar with all the necessary information to safely complete this move!
Prerequisites
* extended butterfly on both sides

Pole Level 1-1.5
Sundays 10am Flaunt Fitness EAST
This class is great for absolute beginners to pole. Classes vary week to week with varying focuses. Sometimes we’ll work on the dancier elements of pole, and other times more of the fitness side of things… but usually always somewhere in the middle!
Key skills you’ll learn include conditioning to learn to get upside-down, how to climb the pole, a variety of grounded spins, the concepts of pushing, pulling, and generating momentum. Most classes will focus on static pole, with the occasional exploration of spin pole. -
Pole Levels 3-5
Tuesdays 7:30pm Flaunt Fitness WEST

* butterfly on both sides
* access to inside & outside leg hangs aerially from any preferred entrance point -
Strong & Flexy (All Levels)
Tuesdays 6:20pm Flaunt Fitness WEST
Achieve the ideal balance of strength and flexibility in this all levels flexibility class. Let's push our range of motion by working on both strengthening and lengthening drills that will reduce risk of injury and to work against gravity to find our most active flexibility.
Modifications will be provided for everyone from beginners to advanced flexy folk.
